Your mandate: make every scientist in the world know about qed and eager to use it to improve their research. qed’s growth should be product-led to establish a durable community around scientific rigor.

The role:

We’re hiring our first marketing leader to own prosumer growth, community, and lightweight B2B enablement. This is a hands-on builder role with executive exposure (reporting to the COO) and clear impact on adoption and market narrative.

What you'll do:

• Community buildout: catalyze peer-to-peer spread with community-building efforts including virtual and in-person gatherings, influencer collaborations, and more
• Prosumer / PLG growth: Design and run loops to acquire, activate, retain and drive referral of qed’s platform by scientists; instrument funnels and iterate based on data
• Content & campaigns: Engage scientists by shipping high-quality posts, landing pages, and lightweight creatives; test messaging weekly
• Events & conferences: Plan presence where researchers congregate (B2SMB-style execution) and webinars, capture leads and content, and feed PLG growth loops
• B2B / ABM support: Package narratives, one-pagers, and case notes that help sales engage top science funders and universities

What you bring:

Must-haves

• 4–7 years in prosumer / PLG / community-led growth at an early stage startup; you’ve shipped loop-driven growth beyond paid channels
• Full-stack execution or oversight (copy, creative, analytics) with a bias to ship and learn fast
• Comfort working with founder-led brands and scientific audiences
• You’re based in Israel and are fluent in English

Nice-to-haves

• Experience supporting B2B/ABM motions alongside prosumer growth
• On-camera/live format fluency for demos and webinars
• Conference field execution experience
