About the Program:

This isn't your typical entry level/internship program. We're looking for hungry, ambitious minds who think differently and move fast. What You'll Do:

Tech Track (Full Stack, Frontend, Backend):

• Ship Real Features: Build production-ready AI chatbot features using Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and cutting-edge AI/ML frameworks
• Own Your Domain: Take ownership of critical components from database design to user interfaces
• Innovate Relentlessly: Experiment with the latest technologies and contribute to our AI architecture
• Collaborate at Scale: Work directly with senior engineers and product teams on high-impact projects

Legal/Compliance Track:

• Navigate AI Regulations: Research and implement compliance frameworks for AI chatbot technologies
• Shape Policy: Draft terms of service, privacy policies, and user agreements for global markets
• Risk Mitigation: Identify legal risks in AI development and create mitigation strategies
• International Expansion: Support legal frameworks for our global expansion

Finance/Operations Track:

• Financial Modeling: Build sophisticated models for SaaS metrics, user acquisition costs, and revenue forecasting
• Payroll & Benefits: Streamline international payroll systems and benefits administration
• Investment Analysis: Support fundraising activities with financial analysis and investor materials
• Process Optimization: Automate financial workflows and reporting systems

Data Science Track:

• AI Performance Analytics: Analyze chatbot performance, user engagement, and conversation quality metrics
• Predictive Modeling: Build models to predict user behavior, retention, and feature adoption
• A/B Testing: Design and analyze experiments to optimize AI responses and user experience
• Business Intelligence: Create dashboards and insights that drive strategic decisions
