About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Project Manager to oversee commercial and project coordination for module development programs. This role manages RFQ processes, aligns project timelines, and ensures smooth collaboration between technical, manufacturing, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main business and project interface for module programs.
• Manage RFQ/RFI and quotation processes, including cost estimation and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional activities from quotation to production.
• Consolidate technical and commercial updates into clear project reports.
• Support change management and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Project Management, Account Management within electronics or module industries.
• Familiarity with mechanical/thermal module product development is a plus.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; able to communicate in basic Chinese.
• Strong sense of ownership and customer orientation.
