Humanz is looking for an Office Manager & PA to join our team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Run the day-to-day operations activities of the office.

- Manage and coordinate the founder's personal calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled appropriately.

- Collaboration with external service providers to maintain smooth personal operations.

- Organize and execute detailed travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and comprehensive itineraries.

- Handle sensitive and personal information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.

- Be the face of the office to greet visitors and welcome

- Take responsibility for all office logistics and supplies (Kitchen, IT, office equipment, etc.)

- Contact & manage external vendors / service providers (cleaning services, building maintenance, etc.) and negotiate contracts.

- Working with global teams across the company

Requirements

- Graduated from relevant departments

- Super-strong interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in English, with the ability to manage international communications effectively.

- Able to use ms office programs effectively

- Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work independently and show initiative.

- Excellent organization, time management, follow up and “close the loop”, abilities to push processes to completion in an effective and fast manner.
