BiltOn is leading company in the field of Construction Tech that develops and implements systems for managing construction sites in the field of safety and quality.

In a reality where the fight against work accidents is intensifying, the management of the construction site in a regular and strict manner is necessary.

BiltOn provides tools for success in ensuring the safety and quality of construction in the field while meeting the requirements of the law. The system provides control for managers and makes the information accessible in real time.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Senior/ Mid Full Stack Developer to join our R&D team. In this role you will work with great developers in a fast-paced startup environment.

****What You'll Be Doing:

• Be part of our core engineering and leadership team.
• Produce highly scalable, high-quality software in the fast-paced environment of a growing startup company.
• Lead and own features from product requirements through production
• Work closely with the product & UX to define the company roadmap and execute the development plans.
• Have a sense of ownership of the system, including infrastructure and production-readiness.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to deliver frequent and high-quality features.
• Write clean and maintainable code and inspire others to do the same.
• Take part in building our dev culture.
• Mentor our middle/junior developers.
• Continuously work to improve systems’ reliability and learn new technologies that can improve our team’s workflow, accelerate the development process and make it more reliable.

****Our humble expectations:

• 5+ years of web/mobile development experience, including good understanding of JavaScript and experience working with React.js/React Native/Node.js
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-quality products
• BS degree in computer science, electrical engineering in other related fiel
• Highly independent and autodidact
• Passion for clean code and agile work
• Passion for user experience
• High level verbal and written technical English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
