ITC – Intelligent Traffic Control is an Israeli AI company helping cities reduce traffic jams through real-time, AI-driven traffic management.

Our systems manage millions of vehicles every day across cities in Israel and the U.S.

We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our Tel Aviv headquarters and take ownership of daily office operations — keeping things organized, efficient, and enjoyable for everyone.

About the role

You’ll handle administrative and financial tasks, support HR processes, manage suppliers and invoices, and make occasional short trips within Israel for errands (e.g., delivering envelopes or picking up equipment).

What we’re looking for

• Highly organized and responsible

• Great communication and multitasking skills

• Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Valid driver’s license (for short local errands)

• No prior experience required – we’ll teach you everything
