📍 Location: Caesarea

A leading global organization is seeking an Import Manager for a central and strategic role in managing the company’s import operations.

This dynamic position offers direct responsibility over all import processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and oversee all import activities
• Develop annual work plans and import budgets
• Ensure smooth customs clearance and handle approvals and licenses with regulatory bodies (e.g., Standards Institute, Ministry of Health)
• Lead projects to improve processes, reduce lead times, and optimize costs
• Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee procurement processes with suppliers – tracking orders, invoices, and payments
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners in Israel and internationally

✅ Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree – required
• Proven experience managing import operations in a global or industrial company
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent English – written and spoken
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with SAP – significant advantage
• Ability to work under pressure, manage conflicts, and think strategically
