The Role

As an Account Manager at RTG, you won’t just manage relationships, you’ll drive growth. You’ll be the face of our brand to key partners, trusted to elevate performance, spot new opportunities, and deliver best-in-class support.

This is a role for someone who thinks commercially, acts with urgency, and thrives on owning outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts, becoming their go-to partner.
  • Drive revenue by boosting game exposure, running standout promotions, and securing prime placement.
  • Collaborate with partners on campaigns, tournaments, and engagement strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities for expanding partnerships and increasing account value.
  • Monitor account performance with a commercial lens and act fast to optimise.
  • Communicate game release plans and performance insights in a compelling, data-driven way.
  • Partner with the internal teams (such as studios and operations) to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing outstanding support and proactive communication.
  • Provide strategic input on how we grow accounts, not just serve them.

Qualifications:

  • iGaming experience is a must.
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming market, including knowledge of slot games and casino operations.
  • Owned client relationships and delivered commercial impact.
  • Clear communicator, natural relationship builder, and skilled negotiator.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with performance data and spotting trends.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
