**Role Description
**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Operations Coordinator, based in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The role involves managing and organizing day-to-day financial and operational tasks, including tracking budgets, optimizing processes, overseeing customer service operations, and providing administrative support to various teams. The Finance and Operations Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless workflows and high operational efficiency.

**Qualifications
**

• Strong Analytical Skills for financial tracking, budgeting, and reporting
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external partners
• Experience in Operations Management and process optimization
• Customer Service expertise to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks for supporting day-to-day operations
• Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
