Your Mission

As our Content Coordinator at K4 Brands, your mission is to own and optimize the marketing team's creative pipeline from idea to execution. You will be the central hub that connects our marketing strategy to our creators, ensuring our performance channels are always supplied with a stream of on-brand content. More than just managing the workflow, you will actively contribute to its success by analyzing performance and helping us make smarter creative decisions.

What You'll Do (The Responsibilities)

Creative Project Management:

  • Translate strategic goals into clear, detailed creative briefs for our design and video teams.
  • Manage the entire creative workflow from briefing to final delivery, acting as the "air traffic controller" for all content and proactively identifying and solving bottlenecks.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our creators, answering questions and ensuring on-time delivery.

Copywriting & Content Support:

  • Write compelling, hook-focused ad copy (for Facebook, TikTok, Google) and engaging captions for all organic social media posts.
  • Proofread all marketing copy to ensure it's on-brand and error-free.

Performance & Process Optimization:

  • Work with our Performance Marketing team to understand which creatives are winning and losing.
  • Use this data to bring your own ideas for new briefs and A/B tests.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve our creative workflow, making it faster and more efficient.

Asset & Influencer Management:

  • Build and maintain our central creative library, meticulously organizing and tagging all videos, images, and graphics.
  • Receive and organize all incoming influencer content, identifying top-performing clips to be repurposed into new ad creatives.

Social Media Operation:

  • Manage the brand's organic social media calendar, scheduling and publishing all approved content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Act as the "voice of the brand" by monitoring social channels, responding to comments, and answering customer questions.
  • Stay on top of social media trends and react quickly and creatively - using emerging trends to inspire new content ideas, update briefs, and contribute to a full-circle content creation process.

Who You Are (The Requirements)

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a relevant role (e.g., marketing coordinator, social media manager, or creative project manager). Experience in e-commerce or a startup is a major plus.

  • B.A. degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Hyper-organized: You are a proven project manager. You love lists, spreadsheets, and deadlines, and you have experience managing complex workflows.

  • A true self-starter: You are proactive and resourceful. You don't wait to be told what to do; you see a problem, find a solution, and take ownership.

  • A strong (English) communicator: You have excellent, native-level, fluent written English skills and can write sharp, engaging copy.

  • Passionate about the space: You love e-commerce, consumer brands, and are obsessed with what's trending on social media.

  • A team player: You have a "no-task-is-too-small" attitude and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Monday, ClickUp, Asana, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creative Center, Later, or Buffer.

  • Experience analyzing social-media metrics and using insights to guide creative strategy.

  • Trend-driven mindset**:** You stay on top of what’s trending across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta, react fast and agile to emerging trends, and use this knowledge to fuel new content ideas and enhance creative briefs - closing the loop between strategy, creation, and performance.

Job Scope:

  • Full-time position based in our central Tel Aviv office (flexible hybrid working model with 1 day per week from home).
  • Availability to address urgent issues on weekends as needed.
