Phoenix, one of Israel’s leading financial institutions, is looking for a talented Investment Analyst to join our Direct Investments team within the Investments Division. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact transactions, collaborate with top-tier partners, and help drive strategic investment decisions at the highest level

What you’ll do?

• Locating and examining investment opportunities in the field of infrastructure, energy and private companies
• Performing financial and business analyzes including building economic models
• Preparation of materials and presentation to the investment committee
• Accompanying complex transactions from the feasibility stage through negotiations to closing
• Regular control and monitoring of the existing investment portfolio, performance analysis and regular reporting
• Working with strategic partners, investment funds and professional advisors

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in economics / business administration / accounting
• Experience of at least two years in the field of investments / investment banking / strategic consulting / financial analysis
• Experience in company valuations
• High level English

Full-time, Sunday-Thursday, 9 hours per day, hybrid
