About this role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Office Admin to join our happy growing company as part of our Admin team.

Responsibilities:

• Be the face of our company! Provide excellent experience to every employee and visitor.
• Manage office supplies and procurement.
• Work with the Employee Experience Specialist to assist in executing employee experience activities.
• Coordinate office maintenance with external vendors and our maintenance team.

Requirements:

• Friendly team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• “Can-do” attitude and strong time management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew, with effective written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Available for full-time on-site work (9:00-18:00).
• Previous experience as an office admin
• Experience with travel management (Mesh, Navan)
