ABOUT THE ROLE - Controller

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting for ENvue Medical - a Nasdaq-listed medical device company.

This role is central to maintaining robust accounting processes, supporting business decisions, and ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements.

The Controller will work closely with internal departments, auditors, tax authorities, and external partners to uphold the highest financial governance standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Control and Reporting

• Lead the company’s accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Manage the preparation, review, and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - both for statutory and management purposes.
• Oversee reporting packages for the U.S. parent company and coordinate with external auditors.
• Prepare and analyze tax provisions, current and deferred taxes, and ensure accurate ongoing reporting to authorities.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain strict compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC, and Nasdaq requirements.

Collaboration and Governance

• Partner closely with the CFO to support financial planning, reporting, and investor-related deliverables.
• Coordinate audit processes and provide clear, timely responses to external auditors during quarterly and annual reviews.
• Maintain effective communication with local and international tax authorities, pension institutions, and major suppliers and customers.
• Collaborate with HR, operations, and R&D to ensure financial alignment across departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license - mandatory.
• Proven experience auditing or preparing financial reports for a Nasdaq-listed company -mandatory.
• Strong command of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and consolidated financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel and ERP (Priority preferred) skills.
• Excellent English - written and spoken - mandatory.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in a publicly traded medical device or life-science company.
• Familiarity with tax reporting, deferred taxes, and consolidation processes.
• Understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and FP&A processes.
