Role Summary We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Distribution and Customer Service Coordinator to join our logistics team. This role involves managing the end-to-end distribution process, coordinating directly with customers, optimizing shipment efficiency, and ensuring a high level of service and operational excellence. This position is part of a small, dynamic team responsible for shipping, logistics, and customer service operations.

What You’ll Do • Coordinate directly with customers throughout the order and delivery process. • Evaluate and select the most cost-effective and efficient distribution company for each shipment. • Handle operational issues and provide real-time solutions as they arise. • Act as the company’s main representative for all customer inquiries from order placement through post-delivery support. • Resolve customer issues related to shipment tracking, delivery delays, and order discrepancies. • Establish and maintain performance metrics, update data, and generate weekly monitoring reports. • Support other team members when needed and understand their roles to ensure workflow continuity. • Collaborate with internal teams in areas such as shipping, logistics, and customer service. Who You Are • High level of English – spoken, written, and reading comprehension. • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills. • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations. • Curiosity and eagerness to learn; quick learner with a solid grasp of logistics concepts. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
