Role Summary In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining sales processes, optimizing CRM systems, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. You will oversee the entire sales order lifecycle – from order entry to fulfillment and post-sales support – ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and an exceptional customer experience. As a key link between Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance, you will drive alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement while providing data-driven insights to enhance overall sales performance.

Position Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday

What You’ll Do Sales Order Processing • Accurately receive, review, and enter customer orders into the CRM system. • Verify pricing, quantities, and delivery details to ensure compliance with internal policies. • Collaborate with sales representatives to clarify order details and resolve discrepancies. • Process returns, credit notes, and other order-related transactions. • Maintain operational accuracy and adherence to internal standards. CRM and Data Management • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer master data in the CRM. • Support the sales team with CRM usage, troubleshooting, and updates. • Assist with CRM workflow optimization to enhance efficiency and reporting quality. Reporting and Analytics • Generate regular reports on sales activities, KPIs, and performance trends. • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth. • Provide actionable insights and dashboards to support management decisions. Sales Support • Support product launches, sales campaigns, and promotional activities operationally. • Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and cross-functional sales projects. • Ensure consistent communication and coordination across internal teams.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field. – required. • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations – required. • Hands-on experience with CRM systems or similar business platforms – required. • Strong Excel and data analysis skills – required. • Fluent English – required. • Experience in the beauty or FMCG sector, preferably wholesaling – strong advantage. • High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams. • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. • Other languages - advantage
