Sales Manager – Leading Technology Company

Job Description:

A leading technology company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead end-to-end sales processes in the OEM/ISV domain. The role includes acquiring new customers, expanding activity with existing accounts, and managing commercial processes with technology companies.

This position combines technological and commercial understanding and is ideal for sales professionals with a strong background in the software industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle sales processes with OEM/ISV clients (new and existing)
  • Identify, approach, and recruit new customers integrating BI solutions into their products (Embedded Analytics)
  • Manage and expand business relationships with existing accounts
  • Manage commercial processes including contract renewals, OEM license pricing, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Pre-Sales, Product, Legal, and Marketing
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Participate in marketing events, customer activities, and industry conferences related to OEM/ISV

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree – mandatory (preferred fields: Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering)
  • At least 3 years of experience in software sales within the OEM/ISV domain – mandatory
  • Experience in selling Embedded or Analytics solutions – an advantage
  • Proven B2B sales experience with technology companies
  • Understanding of OEM licensing models and ability to analyze technological needs
  • Excellent English – written and spoken – mandatory

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding annual sales targets
  • Strong business acumen combined with technological understanding
  • Excellent negotiation skills, including complex commercial discussions with tech clients
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • High sense of initiative, accountability, and independence in managing sales cycles
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients across the country
