D-Fend Solutions is a leader in the counter-drone industry, delivering innovative and cutting-edge products worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Manager to lead our planning team, support growing demand forecasting, and supply chain synchronization for our complex hardware portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning Leadership: Develop and execute the full NPI-to-EOL planning process. Lead the S&OP cycle to align Sales, Finance, and Operations
• Team & Process Excellence: Mentor and lead the planning team. Drive continuous process improvement and tool enhancement (ERP/MRP)
• Supply/Demand Management: Oversee accurate demand forecasting, optimize inventory (complex BOMs/long lead times), and mitigate supply chain risks
• Manage and optimize inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, balancing service levels and budget goals

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Management in the high-tech hardware industry
• Proven success leading a planning team and driving complex process improvements
• Expert-level proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite – advantage)
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence executive stakeholders
• Fluent in English
