What You'll Be Doing

• Marketing Strategy: Working directly with senior executives and decision-makers of Xtra Mile clientele across international medical, high-tech, startups, technology, and software companies, advising on marketing strategies and creating GTM plans.
• Marketing Operations & Campaign Management: Planning and executing multi-media marketing campaigns (digital campaigns, social media activities, productions, events, conventions etc.), managing budgets and ensuring flawless delivery.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitoring campaign performance metrics and managing reporting based on outcomes vs. goals, to optimize ongoing delivery and track ROI.
• Client Relationship Management: Acting as the key contact for clients, providing white-glove customer service for our clients, driving satisfaction and strengthening relations, by ensuring ROI is delivered according to their marketing strategy.
• Event Production: End-to-end management of events, including working with suppliers and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Team Leadership & Development: Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.

What You Bring To The Table

• Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing management roles.

• Background in the high-tech /SAAS / B2B Companies is an advantage.

• Digital Marketing: Experience in the digital & social media worlds.

• Creating GTM plans, experience working closely with digital & social media teams, and familiarity with various digital marketing strategies and online platforms (Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, etc.)

• Team Leadership: Proven experience in inspiring and motivating a team, fostering a positive work environment, time management, and delegation.

• Proactive Nature: A self-starter who takes initiative and aims to make a significant impact, independent, fast learner, and enthusiastic.

• Tech Enthusiasm: Passionate about technology and innovation.

• Bilingual Communication: Verbal and written fluency in Hebrew and English.
