About the role

Lime Digital is a global, performance-driven digital advertising agency operating in highly competitive markets (US, Europe, Israel).

We help eCommerce brands scale through data, media, and performance-focused creative.

We are looking for a Senior Performance & Media Expert with proven, hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, who is ready to take ownership of business results — not just bids.

Success in this role means driving measurable growth, scaling profitable campaigns, and taking full responsibility for performance outcomes across markets.

This role is a key growth engine within the organization, working closely with management and creative teams to deliver sustainable ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage hands-on performance marketing activity for eCommerce clients
• Execute, optimize, and scale campaigns primarily on Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Plan and manage full-funnel performance strategies, from traffic to conversion
• Take full accountability for ROAS, CAC, LTV, and overall ROI
• Lead performance-oriented creative processes in collaboration with creative teams
• Manage multi-channel and multi-market activity (Israel, US, Europe)
• Analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing eCommerce performance campaigns
• Proven hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory)
• Experience managing meaningful media budgets
• Strong analytical and business mindset (ROAS, CAC, Funnel, Attribution)
• Experience working in competitive international markets
• High-level professional English (written and spoken)

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Shopify
• Experience with Klaviyo / Email & Retention
• Experience with Triple Whale, GA4, Looker Studio
• Previous experience in a performance marketing agency (preferred over in-house)
• Practical use of AI tools for analysis, optimization, or creative workflows

• תכנון, הקמה, אופטימיזציה וסקיילינג של קמפיינים
• ניהול משפכים שיווקיים מקצה לקצה – מתנועה ועד מכירה
• אחריות מלאה על ROAS, CAC, LTV ו-ROI
• הובלת תהליכי קריאייטיב מוכווני ביצועים בשיתוף עם הקריאייטיב
• ניהול פעילות רב-שוקית ורב-ערוצית (ישראל, ארה״ב, אירופה)

• מומחיות מוכחת ומעשית ב-Google Ads וב-Meta Ads – חובה
• ניסיון בעבודה Hands-On עם תקציבי פרסום משמעותיים
• חשיבה אנליטית ועסקית (ROAS, CAC, Funnel, Attribution)
• ניסיון בשווקים בינלאומיים תחרותיים
• אנגלית מקצועית ברמה גבוהה מאוד
