About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join a dynamic team and take a key role in driving customer acquisition strategies. This position involves building marketing plans, managing products and campaigns, and working closely with sales teams to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans to acquire new customers and meet targets
• Manage products, bundles, and promotions from concept to implementation
• Adapt messaging, offers, and tools to align with business needs and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with sales teams to maximize results
• Analyze marketing performance and generate actionable insights
• Lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, competitive environment

Requirements (Must-Have):

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing within a large organization
• Experience in building marketing plans and managing products or brands
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills for decision-making
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and drive initiatives
• High energy, proactive mindset, and desire to make an impact
• Relevant bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in large consumer-oriented companies
