We are looking for a passionate and talented Customer Success Manager that will play an important role in helping the company reach new heights

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to maximize revenue opportunities and achieve campaign objectives
  • Conduct comprehensive performance analysis of campaigns and products to:
  • Identify potential business opportunities
  • Ensure product stability and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with the internal tech team to:
  • Rapidly resolve technical and campaign-related issues
  • Streamline communication and problem-solving processes
  • Manage and nurture client relationships through:
  • Proactive communication
  • Regular performance reviews
  • Personalized account management
  • Drive revenue growth by:
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client partnerships
  • Implementing innovative campaign improvements
  • Consistently identifying upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to advertisers during integration processes
  • Develop and execute strategic account management plans

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven analytical and data analysis skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
  • Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with:
  • Creative thinking approach
  • Sales-oriented mindset
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated capability to:
  • Work independently
  • Collaborate effectively in team settings

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in advertising technology
  • Track record of managing and growing direct client accounts
  • Experience with account expansion and upselling strategies
