We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a leading international company in the Data and Business Intelligence space.
📍 Location: Ramat HaHayal, Tel Aviv | Hybrid (1 day from home)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with global clients, providing professional and technical support
Lead onboarding processes and contract renewals
Troubleshoot data-related issues and understand data structures
Coordinate between internal teams (R&D, Data, Sales, Finance)
Monitor client satisfaction and ensure continuous value delivery
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Technical Support – required
- Background in Data / Advertising / SaaS companies – required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including complex functions) – required
- Excellent English (spoken and written) – required
- Experience working in global environments and handling technical data issues – required
- SQL / JavaScript – advantage
- Relevant academic degree (Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) – advantage
