About the Role**

:You’ll lead and manage end-to-end digital initiatives, combining digital innovation, user experience (UX/UI), and organizational systems

.The main project focuses on developing and optimizing a large-scale customer service website, including a full UX/UI redesign and the integration of AI-based tools into work processes
