Project Manager – E-commerce (Jewelry Brand)

Your Mission

Be at the forefront of shaping the digital experience of a world-class luxury brand. You’ll manage the online jewelry store, collaborate with design, marketing, logistics, and tech teams, and optimize the full customer journey – turning visitors into loyal, high-value clients.

What You’ll Do

Lead the launch and management of our e-commerce platform (Shopify Plus)

Coordinate across creative, marketing, logistics, and tech teams

Own the customer journey: UX, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvements

Oversee product uploads, merchandising, pricing, and online promotions

Analyze peormance data (traffic, sales, AOV, retention) and take action

Plan and execute paid and peormance marketing campaigns

Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and luxury DTC best practices

What We’re Looking For

4+ years managing e-commerce or DTC projects

Hands-on experience in digital & peormance marketing, paid media, analytics, CRM

Experience in luxury fashion, jewelry, beauty, or lifestyle sectors

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus preferred)

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Strategic thinker with operational execution skills

Luxury/premium retail experience

Knowledge of international e-commerce logistics

Passion for aesthetics, branding, and delivering a high-end customer experience
