One of our leading customers is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise Web projects, digital portals, and analytical systems involving complex billing logic and data-driven workflows. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys combining Web project management, analytical thinking, and functional system validation.

What You Will Lead

• End-to-end Web project management from planning to delivery.
• Management of enterprise websites, digital portals, and web-based analytical applications.
• Oversight of applications containing complex billing logic, calculations, and business rules.
• Hands-on functional testing, logic verification, and bug identification.
• Writing and managing detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Collaboration with development teams and external vendors.
• Full ownership of budgets, timelines, risks, and resource planning.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Web or Software Project Management.
• Proven experience building and maintaining websites or enterprise portals.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to work with formulas and complex logic.
• Broad technological understanding of software development, architecture, databases, and cloud.
• Ability to perform hands-on validation, troubleshooting, and logical QA.
• Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management.
• High-level English (written and spoken).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience implementing Chatbots or conversational AI.
• Ability to create UX/UI wireframes (Axure, Adobe, Figma).
• Background in software development.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SaaS, Cloud, and AI/ML environments.

About the Role

This is a strategic role reporting directly to the Deputy CIO. You will lead digital transformation through high-impact Web initiatives and analytical systems requiring precision, logic, and hands-on validation.
