We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our IT organization and lead a strategic HR transformation initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of modern Core HR and Recruitment platforms across the organization, replacing legacy systems and enabling a unified, data-driven HR ecosystem.

You will manage end-to-end project delivery, working closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful system implementation, seamless integrations, accurate data migration, and high user adoption. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on core employee and business processes.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new Core HR and Recruitment platforms across the organization.
• Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors, ensuring alignment, accountability, and clear communication.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables; manage risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Drive project governance, including status reporting, decision tracking, and stakeholder updates.
• Oversee integrations, data migration, system configurations, and compliance with architecture, data governance, and security standards.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, issue logs, and action plans.
• Proactively identify challenges and resolve issues to keep delivery on track.
• Coordinate testing, change management, training, and go-live activities to ensure smooth adoption and user satisfaction.
• Support the transition to a stable “business as usual” state post go-live, driving continuous improvement.

Your Knowledge & Skills

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or a related field (advanced degree – an advantage).
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, with proven success delivering HR systems or enterprise IT projects.
• Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements and configurations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage systems post-implementation and drive ongoing improvements.
• Experience working with data governance, reporting frameworks, and system compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience leading or supporting Core HR implementations (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes (Hire-to-Retire).
• Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with modern ATS solutions (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse).
