**Role Overview

**We are looking for our first Account Executive in Israel to build and own our presence in the local market. This role will focus exclusively on acquiring and growing direct business with cloud-born (born-in-the-cloud) DNB customers, while laying the foundation for EON’s long-term success in Israel. As our first AE hire, you will manage the full sales cycle end-to-end — from prospecting to closing — and help shape our go-to-market approach locally.

**Responsibilities

**Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute EON’s sales strategy for the Israeli market.
  • Build and nurture relationships with cloud-born DNB customers.
  • Lay the groundwork for scaling sales operations in Israel.

Hands-On Execution & Hunting

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Identify, pursue, and win new opportunities with cloud-born DNB customers.
  • Create tailored sales playbooks, enablement materials, and GTM processes.

Revenue & Growth

  • Consistently achieve pipeline generation and revenue targets.
  • Set, track, and report on KPIs for customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to refine strategy and accelerate growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing to drive lead generation and localized campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the voice of the Israeli customer within EON.

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or cybersecurity.
  • Proven success in hunting and closing new business (not only account management).
  • Experience selling to cloud-born (born-in-the-cloud) enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and self-driven — comfortable as the first AE hire.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English
