Backend Tech Lead - Real-Time Video
We’re looking for a Backend Tech Lead to design and build the core video-data infrastructure
What You’ll Do:
Design and implement high-performance, real-time backend systems for video
Architect event-driven pipelines for live video analysis and decision-making.
Collaborate with AI teams to connect perception, analytics, and control.
Define system architecture, microservices, APIs, and orchestration frameworks (Kafka, Kubernetes).
Lead backend technical decisions and mentor a growing engineering team.
What You Bring:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field from a leading university.
5+ years of backend development experience, ideally with Node.js (Python/Go/Java are a plus).
Strong experience in real-time systems, streaming, or video processing.
Hands-on expertise with microservices, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD, Kubernetes.
Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, Redis Streams, Pub/Sub).
Advantage: experience with AI/ML integration, perception, or real-time video analytics.
Independent, hands-on, and motivated to build complex systems end-to-end.
