**Role Description
**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Manager, based in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Collections Manager will oversee invoicing, tracking of outstanding payments, and coordinating with clients to facilitate timely collections. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of client transactions, handling disputes efficiently, and ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations. The role involves collaborating with other firm departments to align invoicing processes and providing periodic financial reports related to collections activity.

**Qualifications
**

• Expertise in Accounts Receivable, invoicing processes, and financial record-keeping
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and client communication skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools; advanced Excel skills are an advantage
• Familiarity with legal frameworks related to financial collections
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal, is essential
