About the Role

We’re looking for an Admin & Operations Manager who’s deeply connected to the business.

You’ll own everything from billing and payments to financial insights that help the team close deals faster and improve cash flow.

In our startup environment, you’ll also occasionally take ownership of additional cross-functional responsibilities, helping drive company-wide execution and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all customers are billed, signed, and paying on time
• Manage cash flow, invoicing, collections, and expense tracking
• Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to remove friction in payments and renewals
• Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and budget tracking
• Prepare monthly reports and dashboards with actionable insights
• Lead operational and financial processes — contracts, PO management, and vendor coordination
• Take initiative in other relevant company areas as needed — operational improvements, vendor relations, or internal processes

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Operations and Administration, preferably in SaaS or startups
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and familiarity with accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
• Hands-on approach with attention to detail — you like owning processes end to end
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
• Excellent communication, initiative, and a strong business mindset

Bonus Points

• Experience in B2B SaaS or with international customers
• Background in collections or revenue operations
• Understanding of sales cycles and contract management
