TrueContactVR merges collaborative robotics and immersive VR to bring virtual environments to life — with true resistance, weight, and physical realism. From tactical training to arcade gameplay and dynamic rehab, our platform transforms VR into something you can feel.

We’re looking for a hands-on CTO and Co-Founder to lead this vision from the ground up — across hardware, software, and everything in between.

🧠 Training – EMS, military, and industrial scenarios requiring realistic physical simulation

🎮 Gaming & Immersive Entertainment – VR arcades, motion-based gameplay, LBE experiences

💪 Workout & Rehabilitation – Strength, resistance, and recovery in adaptive VR routines

What You’ll Build

• A full-stack system syncing robotic manipulators with VR physics engines in real time
• Embedded control loops, low-latency force feedback, and user safety logic
• Adaptive AI routines that learn and respond to human input
• Scalable architecture deployable across multiple verticals

Must-Have Skills

• 5–10+ years in robotics, mechatronics, or real-time embedded systems
• Experience with collaborative robots (UR, KUKA, Haption, Force Dimension, etc.)
• Hands-on expertise in low-latency control, hardware/software integration, and real-time system design

Bonus Points

• AI/ML for adaptive feedback or biomechanical modeling
• Background with Haptic robotics
• Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity, especially simulation and physics integration
• Background in defense, rehabilitation tech, or immersive entertainment
• Experience filing patents or working with IP-driven tech
• Previous startup founder experience — ideally in hardware, robotics, or frontier tech
