Role Mission

To be the central expert for Export Control, ensuring full compliance with European-derived frameworks (including UAE). You will safeguard our international supply chain, mitigate risks, and act as the key liaison for all EC matters with our global HQ and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Export Control Officer, approving all import/export flows and ensuring regulatory reporting.
• Conduct screening and due diligence on recipients and partners to manage Sanctions and Embargos risk.
• Integrate EC clauses into contracts and provide expert guidance to Supply Chain, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
• Monitor evolving European regulations and lead the establishment of the company’s Export Control Office.
• Deliver EC training and foster a strong culture of compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8-10 years of direct Export Control experience within the Defense or Aerospace sector.
• Deep expertise in European export control regulations (essential). Experience with UAE regulations is a plus.
• A professional background from a European country with a strong defense regime (e.g., Italy, France, Spain, Denmark, Belgium, Sweden).
• A Master's in Law or an Engineering degree with proven regulatory mastery.
