We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team in Raanana, Israel.

Role Description:

• Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using Crossplane/Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Define and maintain scalable Serverless and EKS-based environments (Kubernetes, Docker, ArgoCD, Terraform).
• Promote best practices in monitoring, security, and reliability across development and production environments using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and development teams to optimize deployment and configuration management processes.
• Take full ownership of cloud Networking, including deep understanding of VPCs, Subnets, Load Balancing, VPN, DNS, and Security Groups.
• Implement and automate model training, validation, and deployment pipelines, enabling rapid experimentation and reliable rollout of new ML models.
• Manage and optimize data pipelines and storage for model inputs and features (S3, Glue, Athena, or similar).
• Collaborate closely with Data Science and ML Engineering teams to streamline workflows for feature engineering, model versioning, and inference.

Promote best practices in model reproducibility, governance, and continuous improvement across all ML lifecycle stages.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer in cloud environments- mandatory.
• Proven experience with AWS Cloud and Infrastructure as Code - mandatory.
• Experience with Lambda, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Docker - mandatory.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI) - mandatory.
• Experience with system monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) - mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Networking and VPN setup at an advanced level - advantage .
• Self-learner, proactive mindset, and strong system-thinking abilities.
• Practical MLOps experience — managing CI/ML pipelines, deploying ML models, automating model retraining, and monitoring model performance in production.
• Strong understanding of data and model lifecycle management, including versioning, artifact storage, and reproducibility.
• Familiarity with Python-based ML environments and containerized model serving (FastAPI, TorchServe, or similar) — advantage.
