IT System Administrator

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT System Administrator to join our global technology team. This is a great opportunity for a professional with strong technical, troubleshooting, and communication skills to take part in managing and supporting our corporate IT infrastructure and end users worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and on-site support for Windows 11, Windows Server 2016/2019, and Office applications.
• Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, and related hardware and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.
• Configure and manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, Office 365, and SharePoint.
• Handle file system permissions using NTFS/CIFS and network share management.
• Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including switches, routing, and connectivity.
• Support and maintain production environments, including GPO, WAF, scripts, and monitoring tools.
• Set up and maintain both physical and virtual servers.
• Conduct system and asset audits, including equipment and licensing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and implement IT and customer requirements.
• Provide solutions under pressure while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience as a system administration - Must
• Strong experience with Windows 11, Server 2016/2019, and Office Suite - Must
• Hands-on experience with desktop/laptop hardware maintenance and troubleshooting - Must
• Good understanding of networking, switches, routing, and TCP/IP concepts - Must
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) - Must
• Familiar with NTFS / CIFS and SHARE permissions - Must
• Experience managing users in Active Directory, Office 365 and SharePoint - Must
• Experience with Azure Cloud environments - Must
• Knowledge in Linux systems - Must
• Experience managing production environments, GPO, and WAF configurations - Must
• Background in logistics processes: shipping (domestic/international), customs clearance, FCC/MSDS forms, and Ministry of Commerce documentation - Must
• Relevant technical certifications (Microsoft, Azure, CompTIA) – an advantage.
