Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to join our IT team and take responsibility for managing and maintaining the company’s computing and network infrastructure.

The role includes supporting, configuring, and performing daily maintenance of systems, servers, and endpoints. It also involves operating information security and communication systems, ongoing monitoring and control, and managing backups and restores.

This position requires proven hands-on experience, high motivation, and the ability to work with a wide range of technologies, from user and endpoint support to information security products, communication systems, virtualization, and more.

Strong self-learning abilities and the capability to troubleshoot complex issues while maintaining system stability and high availability are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience managing Exchange servers
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments
• Proficiency in PowerShell
• Experience operating Fortinet firewalls
• Experience working with EDR systems
• Experience working with VMware virtualization infrastructures
• Experience with Acronis / Veeam backup, recovery, and site replication systems
• Familiarity with ManageEngine – an advantage
• Familiarity with Nutanix – an advantage

Job Requirements:

• Relevant degree and/or certifications
• At least 5 years of proven experience in building, maintaining, and managing IT infrastructure and servers
• Proven experience operating information security, communication, backup, and virtualization systems
• Proven experience leading or participating in technological projects
• Experience managing hybrid work environments, handling permissions, and resolving operational issues
