Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Manager based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Customer Service Manager will oversee and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction, manage customer service operations, and lead a team to deliver top-tier support. Responsibilities include developing customer service strategies, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and analyzing feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate trends, identify opportunities, and enhance processes
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in customer service software and tools is an advantage
• Fluency in Hebrew; English language skills are a plus
