About the Role:
A fintech startup is seeking a motivated and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join its growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track inventory, purchase orders, shipments, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and partners both locally and internationally.
- Provide day-to-day operational support and resolve issues in real time.
- Maintain accurate reports, spreadsheets, and operational data to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Identify bottlenecks and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong command of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience working with ERP or reporting systems.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Service-minded, responsible, and proactive with a can-do attitude.
- Previous experience in a startup or fintech environment – a strong advantage.
