Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager / Specialist with Military operational experience. You will work with cross-functional teams of System engineers, Software & Mechanical engineers, flight test managers, integration team, the Programs, Business, and Production units.

As our P.M., you’ll have a significant role in product requirement definition & implementation throughout the development process, system evaluation in the field, and the entire product life cycle.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Research & define PRDs, UX/UI, Customer use-cases, establish and define CONOPS, analyze end-to-end processes, and gather user stories for a complete product holistic approach.
• Work closely with the development team (Software & Hardware) through development phases and testing, up to customer full adoption & success
• Analyze and define KPIs that inform and demonstrate measurable impact.
• Exercise customer observation/interviewing for a deep understanding of the needs and wants of our customers.
• Work closely with our UX designer.
• Be a part of our collaborative team with R&D, Flight Experiments Group, Business Development, and other parties.
• Stay updated about the latest loitering munitions products and counterparts.

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience as a Product Manager in an agile environment, working closely with a development team.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience/know-how in VTOL platforms.
• Hands-on, creative, with eagerness for field and actual operational-like testing
• Good and multi-disciplinary technological understanding
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related degree – advantage.
• 2 years’ experience in the UAV industry - advantage.
• JIRA experience – advantage.
