What You’ll Do:
- Provide frontline and remote support to the firm’s employees, including senior staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Work daily with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office environments.
- Get hands-on exposure to M365 and Intune (an advantage).
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT support role – must.
- Strong proficiency in Windows 11 and Microsoft Office – must.
- Solid understanding of hardware and software installation – must.
- Advantage: Microsoft certification and/or experience with Intune.
- Proactive, service-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Working Hours: 9:00–18:00 (flexible)
