We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Projects team and lead the end-to-end delivery of international, high-impact technology projects that shape the future of the skies.

You will own the full project lifecycle – from planning and resource coordination to delivery – while ensuring customer requirements are translated into clear, actionable project plans and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution across multiple international customers
• Coordinate between High Lander’s internal teams, clients, regulatory authorities, and integration partners
• Translate customer requirements into clear scopes of work (SoW), project plans, and actionable solutions
• Support early-stage engagements with PoCs, solution design, and deployment planning
• Manage project timelines, resources, deliverables, budgets, and KPIs using best practices
• Leverage AI-powered project management tools to streamline workflows, automate reporting, summarize meetings, and identify project risks in advance.
• Monitor progress and ensure technical alignment across teams and stakeholders
• Participate in on-site workshops, operational demos, and testing sessions
• Provide status reporting and regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation plans and alternative solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management (SaaS, complex system integration, or other high-tech environments) - must
• Proven experience with AI-powered project management and productivity tools - must.
• Proven experience managing complex, customer-facing projects
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Monday.com) – must
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong system-level understanding and ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel internationally for project activities
• Background in aviation, aerospace, or drone technologies – advantage
