Responsibilities include responding to customer queries, resolving issues, offering guidance and assistance, and maintaining an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representatives skills
• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in English & Hebrew, both written and verbal
