Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Associate located in Ramat Gan. The role involves engaging with clients to ensure satisfaction, providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and fostering long-term customer retention. Additional responsibilities include analyzing client feedback and data to improve services and ensure a seamless experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Expertise in fostering Customer Retention
• Possess strong Analytical Skills to review and assess customer data effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in working with CRM tools and related software
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Hebrew is an advantage
• Prior experience in customer success, support, or a client-facing role is preferred
