Role Description

We are seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role, located in our office in Bnei Brak.

In this position, you will support our customers by ensuring smooth communication, managing expectations, and assisting with service delivery. You will work closely with senior team members to learn and grow into the role, gradually taking ownership of client relationships, project oversight, and internal coordination.

This role requires a security clearance ("sivug"), which will be initiated by us.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for clients, supporting communication and issue resolution
• Assist in managing customer expectations, timelines, and deliverables
• Track ongoing project progress and escalate issues when necessary
• Follow up on client requests to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate internally with project and delivery teams to support commitments
• Deal with basic reporting, documentation, and administrative follow-up
• Identify opportunities for improving processes or supporting account growth

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in account management or customer-facing roles - must
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - must
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in client interactions
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, both spoken and written - must
• Problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn
• Relevant academic degree or professional certificate
• Team player with a positive attitude and “can-do” approach - must
