About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Priority ERP Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation, customization, and maintenance of our ERP system.

The role involves analyzing business requirements, designing workflows, configuring system modules, training users, and providing ongoing technical support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client and organizational needs and existing workflows
• Plan and customize Priority ERP modules based on user requirements
• Configure and implement system settings, build BPM workflows, and develop custom applications as needed
• Conduct user training sessions and workshops for efficient system use
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot system issues
• Collaborate closely with Priority developers for enhancements and add-ons
• Document system processes, configurations, and changes
• Track new Priority versions and apply upgrades when necessary

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience in implementing and managing Priority ERP
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of business processes
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Continuous learner, proactive in staying updated with new system versions

התפקיד כולל אפיון וניתוח צרכים עסקיים, תכנון תהליכי עבודה, ביצוע הגדרות והטמעות במערכת, הדרכת משתמשים ומתן תמיכה שוטפת לשמירה על רצף פעילות תקין.

תחומי אחריות:

• אפיון וניתוח צרכי הלקוחות ותהליכי העבודה בארגון
• תכנון והתאמת מודולים במערכת Priority בהתאם לדרישות המשתמשים
• ביצוע הגדרות, הטמעות ובניית תהליכי BPM ויישומים ייעודיים
• הדרכת משתמשים והעברת סדנאות לשימוש יעיל במערכת
• תמיכה טכנית שוטפת ופתרון תקלות בזמן אמת
• שיתוף פעולה עם מפתחי Priority לצורך פיתוחים ושיפורים
• תיעוד תהליכים, שינויים והגדרות מערכת
• מעקב אחר גרסאות חדשות ויישום שדרוגים במערכת

• הבנה טכנית גבוהה ויכולת ניתוח תהליכים עסקיים
