The Opportunity

We're seeking a Sales Development Representative to own the front end of our sales process. You'll engage warm leads, qualify prospects, and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives and closers. This is a high volume, high impact role. Your calendar of booked meetings directly drives company revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage warm inbound leads via phone, email, and SMS
• Conduct initial discovery to understand prospect goals and fit
• Qualify leads based on program criteria and readiness to buy
• Clearly communicate program value and generate interest
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
• Maintain detailed activity tracking in our CRM (Monday.com)
• Hit daily and weekly targets for calls, conversations, and meetings booked
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead flow

Requirements

• Native level English (must have been born and/or raised in the US or Canada)
• Experience in outbound calls, SDR or BDR, or appointment setting
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport in 60 seconds
• Understanding of US/Canadian culture and communication style
• Comfortable with rejection and high volume outreach
• Tech savvy and quick to learn new systems
• Highly organized, consistent, and metric driven
• Must be based in Israel and available for in office work in Ramat Gan
