Marketing Designer (Part-Time, 60%) — Tel Aviv

We’re looking for a Marketing Designer to join our team and lead Obol’s visual identity across every touchpoint, from our website, social channels and campaigns. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Obol looks, feels, and communicates with the world.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and evolve our visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touch points (website, social, events, campaigns, etc.).
• Partner with the Marketing and Product teams to create versatile design assets, including marketing campaigns, web design, and brand development.
• Design and execute static and motion ads for paid campaigns across paid channels.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and help evolve our brand’s visual language over time.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing design or brand design, ideally within a B2B environment.
• Proven experience designing marketing materials: websites, landing pages, slides, and social posts.
• A strong sense of typography, layout, and composition.
• Proficiency with Figma
• Experience creating ad visuals for digital campaigns.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail, with a passion for clean, modern design.
• Curiosity for design trends, brand storytelling, and product marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines.
• Availability for a 60% position from our Tel Aviv office.

Nice to Have

• Motion design and animation skills.
• Experience with video editing or short-form content.
