**Role Description
**
We are looking for a full-time Associate to join our team on-site in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Associate will manage a variety of daily responsibilities, including project coordination, data analysis, process improvement, and assisting in scaling AI-native workflows. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, researching innovative solutions, and supporting strategic business operations to optimize organizational productivity.

**Qualifications
**

• Strong skills in Research and Strategic Analysis, with the ability to identify trends and leverage insights to enhance operations.
• Experience in Process Improvement, Workflow Management, and Automation.
• Proficiency in Communication, Collaboration, and Team Coordination, enabling efficient teamwork and project execution.
• Knowledge or experience with AI Tools, Digital Transformation, and Technology Implementation is an added advantage.
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to achieving organizational goals.
