The Role

We are looking for a Solution Architecture Lead (Azure) to join our fast-growing Network. You are a perfect candidate if you are strategic, technically strong, and passionate about designing robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions.

This is a long-term, full-time remote position.

Main responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade integration architectures across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Define integration patterns and frameworks (synchronous/asynchronous, event-driven, message-queue, microservices).
• Design and manage APIs through their full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with security, scalability, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into well-architected technical solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of Microsoft Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, App Services, and API Management.
• Ensure seamless connectivity between on-premises and cloud systems, databases, and applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Champion DevOps best practices, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Terraform.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in integration architecture, with 4+ years in a lead or architect role.
• Deep understanding of modern integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, event-driven, message-queue, microservices).
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services — Logic Apps, Azure Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management.
• Strong knowledge of API design, SDLC, and integration security standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
• Proficiency in C#, REST, JSON, XML, and strong familiarity with DevOps principles and tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Terraform).
• Solid understanding of Azure architecture, cloud/hybrid setups, networking, and security concepts.
• Experience integrating on-premises systems and databases into cloud solutions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of event streaming platforms (Kafka, Event Hubs) and monitoring tools (App Insights, Log Analytics).
• Certification in Microsoft Azure Architect or equivalent.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
