**Role Description
**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Manager located in Haifa, with flexibility for some work from home. The Digital Manager will oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, manage online campaigns, and ensure optimal performance across various digital platforms. Key responsibilities include managing social media platforms, optimizing digital advertising efforts, collaborating with creative teams, analyzing digital performance metrics, and enhancing web presence while ensuring alignment with overall marketing and branding objectives.

**Qualifications
**

• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, SEO, and online campaign optimization.
• Proficiency in Strategy Development, Marketing Communications, and Branding.
• Solid skills in Graphic Design, Video Editing, and 3D Animation, with familiarity in tools and software required for these tasks.
• Ability to handle tasks in Website Management, Augmented Reality concepts, and the development of Multimedia Content.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in managing hybrid work environments and effective collaboration within diverse teams.
• Experience in B2B marketing is highly advantageous.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
