**We are looking for a Junior Digital Product Manager for an exciting and challenging position!

****This is a full-time, Hybrid position in Haifa.

**Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and ongoing maintenance
• Lead the development and optimization of digital products (Web, Mobile, Bots), ensuring a unified and consistent user experience
• Drive the product definition process, including writing requirements and building product roadmaps
• Collaborate closely with development, design, marketing, and customer service teams
• Analyze user data and generate insights to improve and expand digital services
• Identify new opportunities for advanced digital tools and services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/Information Systems – must
• At least one year of experience in managing projects/products (web, mobile apps, and bots) in large organizations – must
• Strong business acumen combined with technological understanding – must
• Proven experience in managing complex processes and working with multiple stakeholders – must
• Proficiency in digital analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) – an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and a proactive, can-do attitude
